Staff was exceptionally friendly and excellent, I did not want to leave!

Everything suited our needs, I will choose it for sure for next trip.

Wonderful hotel, truly enjoyed our stay, it had excellent food and favourable location in the town centre. The room was absolutely perfect and tidy and equipped with a balcony and a brand new bathroom, as example as described.

Location: the hotel was very close to Montepulciano and many vinyards and Pienza and try te local Lamb chops. The breakfast was savoury and rich with sweet and pastries, as example and frequently replenished.

My stay was SUCH GREAT, no complaints whatsoever, would definitely go again.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes!

The room was bright and perfect with a brand new bathroom and a balcony, as for instance, I truly enjoyed it. The location was great and incredible, for example, thermal baths was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. This property was in a great area next to San Quirico d'Orcia, Montalcino, and the many Terme around.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The rooms are well-equipped, with modern amenities, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of delicious foods to choose from. the hotel boasts a sparkling, modern elevator and a safe, comfortable location.

Although the walls are not the thickest, it seems that guests are respectful of one another and keep noise levels down during sleeping hours.

Clean airy room with a very helpful staff and a stone's throw from Montepulciano with a much lower price.

The breakfast was average at best, but included in the room price.

Spent my Christmas here and it was amazing. Perfect location, quiet area, and easy to find parking. The staff was friendly and provided me with all the information I needed for fun activities in the area. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and decorated for the holiday season. The breakfast was delicious, fresh bread and pastries, and the hot chocolate was divine. , it was great to have a small grocery store nearby in case I needed anything.

I didn't find anything to dislike. Everything seemed perfect!

Beautifully located hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Immaculate rooms, delicious homemade breakfast, and excellent coffee. The family running the place goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Ideal base for exploring the region. Will definitely stay here again. highly recommended.

The owner and her son were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is far away from Montepulciano, if you don´t have a car.
